Chuck comes to Woodinville with over 13 years of coaching experience at the youth, high school, and NCAA levels. In the spring of 2025, Chuck coached the defense at Ballard HS and helped guide the team to an appearance in the WHSBLA state semifinals. Prior to coaching at Ballard, Chuck spent six years in Boston and Philly coaching with Harlem Lacrosse, a national school-based nonprofit that puts students of color on a path to success through academic support, mentorship, and lacrosse instruction. While living in Boston, Chuck also served as a volunteer assistant coach at MIT, where he helped lead the Engineers to their first-ever NEWMAC conference title in 2022 and a bid to the NCAA DIII national tournament. Before he moved to Boston in 2018, Chuck was the head coach at Eastside Catholic for three seasons, capturing the inaugural private school championship in 2017. He also coaches with Seattle Starz HS Elite.
