The Woodinville Lacrosse Club, established in 2010 is dedicated to promoting lacrosse by providing our student athletes the opportunity to learn the fundamentals and develop their skills while fielding competitive teams and honoring the game.

The Process - Here's what you do:
Make sure you have a current US Lacrosse membership.  Our club insurance is dependent on every player having a current youth or high school membership.  We will be verifying every players status:  US Lacrosse membership status will be confirmed for each registered club player.  The club registration for any player without an active US Lacrosse membership will be voided, and the registration fee returned.  The player may register again, once membership is obtained, but registration will be subject to space availability. US Lacrosse Link
Gather your medical insurance information & doctor's contact information.
Sign up your player(s) through online registration.  Click on the Registration Button to kick off the process. You will be asked to choose a product, complete several items of personal information, and pay through PayPal (which will also accept all major credit cards).  If you can, please also consider joining the Booster Club at this time.
You will complete the Code of Conduct and Concussion Information Forms completed for every player.  For youth players, theOnline Concussion Form can be used.  High School Players mustprint out the form and bring it to the first team meeting.
